Enough of that French stuff...
Hey I regret to inform you that your favorite eatery
in SF is no more. Sadly, Economy Fine Foods on 7th
Street is out of business. I'm sorry to break the news
to you in such an informal way.
But there is a bright light, all the regulars are
still hanging around the area. In fact I snapped the
attached pic when I walked by the other day. They are
definitely looking in good shape and not suffering too
hard from the loss.
Just thinking of that place makes my tummy grumble -
in a bad way! Oh and this is for Uncle Billy too who I
believe was a regular there as well and was impressed
with $3.50 breakfast salmonella special.
If only your French compadres knew your gastronomical
past.
